Coleridge yn MOMA Cymru
The Coleridge in Wales Festival arrives in Machynlleth and helps MOMA mark the end of the major Romanticism in the Welsh Landscape exhibition.
Friday 17th June
Coleridge festival directors Chris Glynn and Richard Parry travel to Machynlleth hosting members of the Chicago Institute of Art as part of their tour of Wales. The party arrives at MOMA in the afternoon to see the Romanticism in the Welsh Landscape exhibition.
Saturday 18th June
A Truly Fairy Place … Wales as the Eternal Picturesque
Lecture by acclaimed author Mike Parker
Caverns Measureless to Man
Poetry and music, including Coleridge's Kubla Khan, led by artistic directors of the Coleridge in Wales Festival, Richard Parry and Chris Glynn.
Romanticism in the Welsh Landscape
Special tour of the MOMA exhibition on its last day, led by curator Dr Peter Wakelin.
