Join the Coleridge in Wales festival as it arrives at Fort Belan
3.00pm - a walk along the beach to Fort Belan from Dinas Dinlle
4.30pm – arrival at the fort. refreshments. tour of the fort

Reflections of Revolution: the coastline of Wales in the 1790s
Given by Dr. Mary-Ann Constantine from the University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh
Studies, drawing on work from the Centre's Wales and the French Revolution project and
using letters, poems, songs and travel accounts from the period to listen in to lives
profoundly unsettled by the proximity of violence and the threat of invasion during the
6.30 pm- informal musical performance and entertainment
